A women friendly relaxing bath oil with plant properties that can help with symptoms experienced during PMS, menstruation, peri-menopause and menopause including stress, hot flushes, muscle tension and skin dehydration. HOW TO USE
Add up to a teaspoon of bath oil into an already run bath. May leave residue on the bath so be careful not to slip when getting in and out. You could also add Epsom Salts to the bath to help with menopausal aching joints and muscles
Avoid direct contact with eyes. For external use only. Always patch test. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

BALANCE BATH OIL
Clary Sage: has muscle relaxant and anti-stress properties and contains sclareol which mimics the production of oestrogen in the body. Considered effective in the reduction of some menopausal and premenstrual symptoms including the easing of hot flushes, mood swings and muscle tension associated with stress.
Jasmine: Has been traditionally used to treat the symptoms of hormonal imbalances during menustruation and menopause. Jasmine also contains chemical compounds which are known to help reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep quality.
Fennel: a balancing herb with properties that can calm the mind and ease muscle tension. Fennel also mimics the production of oestrogen and can help relieve menopausal symptoms including lower abdominal spasms and water retention
Marjoram: anti-inflammatory properties that can help boost circulation and improve blood flow easing muscle tension and pain including menstrual abdominal pain
Sweet Almond: highly moisturising and nourishing for the skin
Jojoba: hydrates the skin, regulates sebum production, improves skin elasticity and eases inflammation.
Coconut Oil: hydrates, conditions, protects and preserves the skin

I took the website's advice and added a big handful of epsom salts and dead sea salt. The combination is perfect the oil feels nurturing and hydrating which made it feel much more luxurious and moisturizing than the salts alone.
